If you are interested in renting our apartment please check first the availability. You can also contact us for additional information and for booking of longer periods (longer than 1 month).

• Access to the property is from 15.00PM at the date of arrival.
• Vacate the property is before 10AM on the date of your departure.
• To be sure of your favourite date and time send your request as soon as possible.
• After we receive your booking request we will put the status for the requested period on reserved.
• We will send a rental contract for you to sign and return to us. Together with this a payment request for your stay will be included. Booking is final after the first payment (30%) has been received. Your vacation is now booked! 
• You pay the final payment (70%) no later than 1 month before your stay, as stated in your contract. You can of course always pay in one go.
• On arrival the guest hands over a cash security deposit to the key-holder of € 200,--. When leaving the apartment and after the final check (and all is in order), this will be handed back to the guest minus the cleaning cost of € 60,-- (to ready the apartment for the next guests).
